Hi

How to fix Subtscriber data which is out of sync with the publisher data. Not all the data but only the diffrerence and also fix the log reader agent issues.

Please help urgent.

Check Replication monitor.
Restart log reader agent. Restart replication jobs on Subscriber.

I think I have the same problem with publisher and subscriber out of sync.. what does snapshot do?

Snapshot agent takes whole snapshot of your tables/database at point in time

Can Snapshot be run at any time to re-sync between publisher and subscriber? is there a particluar procedure that you have to follow?

No,It should be run only once while configuring replication. But while adding articles and some issues with replication,you have to run it again

Yes you can run snapshot to resync dbs, have to create new snapshot when run it.
