| I use 'Execute Package Task' to execute the child package in my DTS package. I need to get a return value from my child package to main package. Can you give me some clues? |

| the execute package task has the ability to pass values into or retrieve values from a child package by using inner/outer package global variables.a good source of dts information is sqldts.com. Books online has information regarding teh inner/outer variables.-ec |
