Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this posts belongs here. But I was wondering, can I run SSIS package created on SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2000 database?

I just need to run that job once off. It involves bit of comparison, derived columns etc. And I have SSIS package for 2005. So just looking to map it to 2000 database.

Thanks,
Ujjaval

Yes if package refers to SQL 2000 database, it runs perfectly fine unless you use features specific to SQL 2005 like CTE.
