What is that suppose to mean?
With using bcp, can you do "select field1 + ',' + field2 + ',' + field3" ?

You can BCP out a VIEW or a SP, yes.

You mean create a view that has the field values separated with commas then "select * from view1" to bcp?

just use bcp with a field terminator of ','
