| i have a dts package in a folder and i want to open it in sql 2000 but i dont see a OPEN option in the dts window. is there any specific way to do that or am i missing anything.help |

| I use DTSbackup to do this (free 3rd party tool)Here is an article at sqldts.com with some information on how to use this software as well as the download http://www.sqldts.com/242.aspxEDIT:you can also right click 'Data Transformation Services' folder in enterprise manager and select 'Open Package'. Still, DTSbackup is my choice for moving packages around.-ec |
