| Hi,I exported the sql server database to excel file .xls.when I tried to import the xls file to sql server, i found that datatype are changed. For example if oruiginal datatype is binary it automatically changed to nvarchar.How do i fix this problem. Help needed.. |

| Why did you output to Excel?!?binary isn't a type in Excel, so you will need to convert the data. Look up CONVERT and CAST in Books Online.. |
