I'm trying to automated a huge task, yet for some reason I can't seem to get it working. I'm exporting data daily from SQL Server to Access, then using a report in Access to export to Excel. The Excel file is then exported to a mainframe application.

Since Access 2002 has the security tightened, even using a DTS Package I have to click open to continue. I know I can lower the security setting in Access, but this lowers the security settings for all of the Access Applications hosted on that same drive. The only reason I'm using the Access Report to export to Excel is because I need an extra line in between each batch number so the mainframe can import it correctly. Access does a beautiful job at performing this and I can't seem to find a way to insert blank lines from a DTS Package into Excel after each group. Does anyone know how to do this?
