I want to export one of the whole(including user etc.) database and import into different server which already have a diffent version of the same database. I tried to export using DTS export into Excel file, it exported only tables and data not the users etc., and also got lots of object exists error while importing ... Is there a way to export the whole database and overwrite that into differwnt server??

Why dont you try DTS From Server To Server?.
There you can export/import all objects.

There is no network connection between the servers.

Script all objects and specify the objection to drop/create.

Right click on a table in EM, all tasks, generate sql scripts.

From there its easy.
