Found this little cool tool , while searching for a way to export my stored procedures.

Why didnt you just use EM?
Right click DatabaseName > Generate SQL Script > check Stored Procedures box

Ahh..Well, I forgot about that... I mostly used that to generate table creation scripts, so it didnt strike me immediately when I wanted to export SP's.
