I am transferring the data in a table from a SQL Server to an Oracle database using OLE DB drivers. The table has got about 80,000 rows with a row lenght of 1210 bytes. The first 20,000 rows are loaded very fast within 3 minutes then next 60,000 rows are taking about 3 hours to load. Some of the options I turned on are as follows:
1)I have turned on cache option to reduce the time to look into registry for OLE DB information.
2)I have increased the "fetch buffer size" option to 1000
3)I have incresed the "insert batch" option to 1000.

How do I imporve the performance?
