| I have a test project setup using SQL server 2000 as a publisher and MSDE as a Pushed Merge Subscriber. The MSDE will only be connected periodically and Updates can occur on ether DB.The problem that I am having is that if the files are updated at the Publisher the Merge will fail and when the subscriber is reconnected it will not sync without manually going into EM and clicking Start Synchronizing. This obviously will not do.Can you create the same effect with a SP that I can call from my front end when the application is opened? Or is there some setting that I do not have right that will automatically see the subscriber reconnect and restart.I have tried playing around with sp_resyncmergesubscription but with no luck.JimUsers <> Logic |
