Option 1. Export the data from oracle to csv textfiles, then inport the files into sql server.
Option 2. Install Oracle Client or Oracle Instant Client on the sql server machine and create an odbc link to oracle from sql server,
then import the data using dts+odbc or link the oracle server (linked server)
