I am completely new to this.
We are using Sql server at client side and Oracle as a central server.
We wish to subscribe (Sql server) to subset of tables in central server (Oracle).
I'll appreciate the ideas on how to start this project?

One that I know is......
Using a data replication tool (http://sourceforge.net/projects/daffodilreplica), that can work with existing database servers over WAN set up. I can create publisher (specify the tables)on oracle and can subscribe sql server to it.

But as I mentioned I am completely new to this.

Your ideas and comments are welcomed.
Please, suggest.

thanx in advance.
