| Running a import from excel 2000 to SQL 2000 Ent sp3a + hotfix.When this is run by a non SA user, using an windows account that is not part of the administrators group, it fails with this error. | dts run as a job will run under the context of the sql server, be sure that the nonSA account has enough permissions to perform the transactions involved. like delete and insert permissions perhaps, if you're creating object, db_ddladminotherwise, assign the sa to be owner of the job--------------------keeping it simple... |
