I am importing a text file into a temporary table in a DTS.
I then take the information and imput it into the final table.

Each record has a Cycle and paygrade field along with many others(123 total columns).

I need to make sure that all records within the temporary table have a cycle and paygrade that exists within the master cycle table. If any of them don't, I need to stop execution of the DTS. I have about three of these types of checks before I can take the information to the final table. Im not sure how to do this.

Thanks,
Ben

I think you either want a Data Driven Query or perhaps a dynamic properties task, then if there are values in your temporary table that aren't in cycle or paygrade you don't run the rest of the DTS i.e. it needs to cause some sort of failure
