| Hresult of 0x80004005 (-2147467259)returnedunexpected error occured. An error result was returned without an error message.I have the following message whenever I try to double click on a transform data task in any of my DTS package. Because of this error I can't edit my task, the window is not showing. Pretty weird, anyone got an idea? |

| What version of sql? Which service pack? What service pack on the client machine if you are not creating on teh server itself? Chris |

| I have SQL SP2 both on the client and Server. The error first appeared on the client and then I tried to see if it was the same on the server and it is. |

| WOW! I found the problem... I was working on the server machine to try to find anything, I even restarted it. Then I came back to my desktop, after a while, I juste closed my Enterprise Manager and open it again. It is working now!!! Really weird! |

| I know this posting is old, but I'm getting the same error. I am able to open the tranformation task to edit the query, but when I try to close the window w/ the changes, I get this error. I've re-started my enterprise mngr serveral times and still no luck...Any help? |
