| I need to use a DTS Data Pump task to populate a table from a file. Trouble is, the table is a base table for an indexed view and I'm getting an error in DTS that I the wrong ARITHABORT setting. What can I do aside from changing my database default setting?Jay White{0} |

| You could save the DTS package to a VB file and change the options in there. Not sure how to do it, but I would bet that you could do it in the VB file. Also, you could transfer the data into a table rather than an indexed view. Then use an "Execute SQL Task" to transfer the data from the table into the indexed view and you would SET the various options in the task before the transfer.Tara |
