I've got a remote database that I occasionally copy to my hard rive using EM's Export utility.

Anytime I need an update, I've been deleting the client copy and copying the entire enchilada.

Is there a way I can synchronize the two and same some time and bandwidth?

Shortcut to the location and sp_attach maybe?

How big is the db?

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
