| I am curious if a Publisher can use itself as a Distributor and also a remote distributor. I ask this because we just got a brand new SQL2k box and we would like to gradually transition some of our publications over to use this remote distributor. How would I go about creating this "second" distributor on the first machine. I have already configured MACHINE2 to allow MACHINE1 to use it as a distributor, but I can't seem to figure out a way to create a new publication on MACHINE1 to use MACHINE2 as the distributor. Any help is appreciated.Got SQL? |

Distributors
