Thomas writes "I am using Win98 and the destop version of SQL7. I am trying to import tables from a local Access DB to SQL. Everything seems to work fine up until the very last screen and then it blows up and reports a program failure and shuts down. Is there anything I am missing here?

Thanks"

As an alternative to importing access tables into SQL can you upsize them instead !?

There is an upsize wizard available that is free and will convert your access database into a SQL Server one.

Probably available from Microsofts site.
