| Look at the sql server service profile and see if that has permissions on wherever this file is.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.DTS can be used in a similar way.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |

| I think you don't have write permisisons to the folder specified in "Script file directory" under "COPY" tab in your DTS package. Try to change this to a folder where you have write permisison and try again. |
