Jason writes "I need to find out if its possible to make one change on a database and duplicate that change across multiple databases (with the same schema) that reside in various parts of the country.

I am a web developer working on a nationally deployed product that will have a database for each state in the USA and will physically reside in each state. I have already wrote a program to automate moving ASP files and version them across websites but my DBA will not help me in automating database changes.

I am a novice at SQL Server 2000 so I really need some help here."

I think you should work with your DBA to come up with a solution that both of you agree on. Coming here behind her back is a pretty bad idea / political move. If your DBA isn't working with you, how you need, you need to address the issue with your boss and her boss.

No offense, Jason, but I've been burned by way to many webbie programmers that falsely believe their database skills are even 'Novice' and who undermine my knowledge and expertise by going behind my back.

If you DBA is unable to come up with a good solution, by all means send her here and let us try to help.
