We have two SQL Server installations which are in different location (ie., 100 KM apart). Records are continuously being added and delete into the tables and we have good internet connectivity between them.
Now my question is that how will we make them replicate to each other and what are the best options available to us in such a scenario. Is SQL Server okay or we must move to Oracle in this case. We just want that the records affected at one end be visible at the other.
And what replication is suitable Merge, snapshot or transactional

Note : Replication may take place 2 or 3 times in a day and not continuously.

seems like what you need is transactional replication if you want changes to be reflected in real time.

Dear visakh16 thanks for quick reply. I don't think i need transactional replication, as data transfer will take place only 2 or 3 times a day and not around the whole day. I would like to know which replication will bear no load or less load with the best possible way it can be achieved. It is possible through SQL Server or will i have to take third party solutions.

Also i forgot to tell that there will be two way synchronization of data.

Kindly suggest.
Thanks.
