I have a dts package with several datapumps to one source and the on success rellation to DTSStep_DTSExecuteSQLTask_3 and then onsuccess reallation to DTSStep_DTSActiveScriptTask_2.
however, when i look in the logfile it seems like DTSStep_DTSActiveScriptTask_2 and DTSStep_DTSExecuteSQLTask_3 starts before data pump 4 is completed.

DTSRun: Loading...
DTSRun: Executing...
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDynamicPropertiesTask_1
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDynamicPropertiesTask_1
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSExecuteSQLTask_1

DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_1
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_2
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_3
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_4
DTSRun OnProgress: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_1; 380 Rows have been transformed or copied.; PercentComplete = 0; ProgressCount = 380
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_1
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_5
DTSRun OnProgress: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_5; 1 Rows have been transformed or copied.; PercentComplete = 0; ProgressCount = 1
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_5
DTSRun OnProgress: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_3; 3 Rows have been transformed or copied.; PercentComplete = 0; ProgressCount = 3
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_3
DTSRun OnProgress: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_2; 7 Rows have been transformed or copied.; PercentComplete = 0; ProgressCount = 7
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_2
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSExecuteSQLTask_3
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSExecuteSQLTask_3
DTSRun OnStart: DTSStep_DTSActiveScriptTask_2
DTSRun OnProgress: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_4; 26 Rows have been transformed or copied.; PercentComplete = 0; ProgressCount = 26
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSDataPumpTask_4
DTSRun OnFinish: DTSStep_DTSActiveScriptTask_2
DTSRun: Package execution complete.

Double check that ActiveScriptTask_2 and ExecuteSQLTask_3 really have a "success" precedence constraint pointing back to DataPumpTask_4. Any time I've seen this happen, it's been because I forgot one somewhere. They're particularly easy to miss on the data pump tasks since they're the same shape.
