The publisher and the distributor should be on the same server. After the configuration I get the message that the 'distribution_admin' don't has the access to connect remote to the server. The reason for this message is, that the values of @@servername and serverproperty(ServerName) are different. The value of @@servername is 'BMFSQ202' and the value of serverproperty(ServerName) is 'NULL'. I only found a procedur to change the value of @@servername (sp_addserver), but nothing about the possibility to change the value of the ServerName of serverproperty! Could someone help me?!?
