How to copy database to another server?

I encountered a problem while copying database to another server, the error return while processing CDW Databases Task Step with the following message:

Failed to create the share OMWWIZC
error details:
Step Error Source: Microsoft Data Transformation Services (DTS) Package
Step Error Description:Unspecified error

Step Error code: 80004005
Step Error Help File:sqldts80.hlp
Step Error Help Context ID:1100

Somebody please help me to solve this problem!
