We have DataDirect 4.10 32-BIT Progress SQl92 v9.1E driver installed and we are trying to get our MS SQL Server 2000 to connect using ODBC. We have been searching and we see that people have been able to get it to work but we are getting an "insufficient information to connect to the data source error" within sql enterprise manager. This same ODBC connection works in MS Access and we are able to view the tables. Can anyone out there point me in the direction, ive read documentation but it doesnt seem clear. I am hoping someone out there has done this.TIA |

There isn't much we can do from the SQL Server side as you are using a custom driver. I'd check with the driver's vendor to see what the error even means as it's not a SQL Server error.Tara KizerMicrosoft MVP for Windows Server System - SQL Serverhttp://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/Subscribe to my blog |
