From a dts I am creating a new table I then want to export that table into an Access database.

When using the dts transformation task it won't save because the table doesn't yet exist.

Is there a way to export to an Access db using SQL (a restore command or something?), and therefore bypassing the problem with it not being created yet?

it should allow you to create a table in access, it should default to the name of your sql table. Using the DTS wizard, this worked for me.

Problem is using the DTS wizard the table needs to exist in SQL server which it doesn't because it hasn't been created yet.
