i need to collect Records with low data size from SQL servers in different 6 countries to main DB SQL on in the main office, the max number of records in each country 100000,

i need to keep the integrity and and keep things secured, and fast

What connectivity do you have.
Simplest is for the countries to deliver you a file (csv, fixed width) to a folder, ftp site, email...
Which you can the bcp (or dts or SSIS) into the database.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
