I am kind of new to SQL Server Management Studio.
How do I export tables and stored procedure from a database on my PC to a database by the same name located on a remote server.

It's probably easier to backup the existing database and restore it on the destination server.
Otherwise, you can script out the objects and then run the script on the remote server.

To script out the objects, simply right click on the source db and select 'generate sql script'

Yes, it would have been easier to restore the backup. Unfortunately, The Web hosting Co. does not provide that option. I have to load data into a database they created by default. I will try the scripting and let you know the progress. I was gone for a few days and couldn't reply sooner. Thank you for the tip.
