pjjaad writes "When using Bulk Insert I want to capture any corrupt data which is thrown out, by somehow getting the values for Row and Column
or by just getting the message string and saving it.

Server: Msg 4864, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Bulk insert data conversion error (type mismatch) for row 7, column 8 (BackUpEndDate).

I would like to capture these and pass them on to a reconilliation process I have developed.

Question is How."

You can use bcp instead of BULK INSERT, the -e option lets you redirect error-causing rows to a separate file.
