How do I go about deleteing all the records from an MS Access
table in the destination database, before copying the records
from my source sql data.

Or is there a better way of doing this.

Could someone also point me in the direction of a good source of info on DTS

Use DTS. In "SELECT SOURCE TABLES AND VIEWS" option click TRANSFORM and select DELETE ROWS AT DESTINATION...
