| Dear all,I am a beginner to DTS, Daily i need to import around 25 CSV files from a directory eg. c:\myimport to a table on sqlserver. Can anyone guide me as to how to create a DTS which would import all the files inside myimport to the table.Thanks in advanceK006b |

| I discovered this product a couple of days ago, Id use DTS to call a DOS batch file that runs this program against each of your files.http://www.logparser.com/If you do go this route, could you post back here and let me know how easy or otherwise it was to get runningCheersGraham |

| You don't need DTS to do this task. I wouldn't use it for what you want to do. (I very much dislike using DTS for much of anything ...)Have a look at www.sqldts.com (check out Looping, Importing and Archivingto get some ideas).Jay White |
