I have a S.P that updates a bunch of quotes.

When I use SQL QA, my results look like..

quote:
/*-----------------------------
DECLARE @RC int
EXEC @RC = [QuoteFeedback].[dbo].[Revise_Quotes]
DECLARE @PrnLine nvarchar(4000)
-----------------------------*/
Looking for new Ownership of Quotes

(0 row(s) affected)

Updating Main Quote Info

(0 row(s) affected)

Grabbing Sales Information from HST with QuotesNumber in QuoteFeedback

(157 row(s) affected)

Getting DShipment Prices Only

(15 row(s) affected)

Getting Shipment Canada Prices + Rest are null

(126 row(s) affected)

Updating the Quotes

(1 row(s) affected)

Stored Procedure: QuoteFeedback.dbo.Revise_Quotes
Return Code = 0

When I run a schedule of this job, and look under JOB history it says..

quote:
Executed as user: CYLOWCA\cluster. Looking for new Ownership of Quotes [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Updating Main Quote Info [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Grabbing Sales Information from HST with QuotesNumber in QuoteFeedback [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Getting DShipment Prices Only [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Getting Shipment Canada Prices + Rest are null [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0) Updating the Quotes [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0). The step succeeded.

How can I 'Print' the results into the history, like I can text?

I clicked the box, and ran the schedule again, looked in 'Job History', then 'show more details', and I am still getting the same information as before.

Executed as user: CYLOWCA\cluster.
Looking for new Ownership of Quotes [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0)
Updating Main Quote Info [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0)
Grabbing Sales Information from HST with QuotesNumber in QuoteFeedback [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0)
Getting DShipment Prices Only [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0)
Getting Shipment Canada Prices + Rest are null [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0)
Updating the Quotes [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 0). The step succeeded.

Still doesn't return the results of each row effected, like it does in Query Anylzer. Is this even possible?

Did you tried "output to a file" option?
