can anybody tell me how to copy and paste specific tables and stored procedures from one database (my sql server 2000) in one pc to another database (also my sql server 2000) in a remote pc? Is there anyway to take them in a floppy disk? When i use import-export through MS Access I loose data!

thanks in advance,
