| Hello friends,I wonder if anybody is aware of any tool to map MS Word to MS Excel or to MS SQL server.I want to map some documents in standard tabular format to my SQL database.I would highly appreciate if anyone could help me.Thanks,Sag |

| What do you mean by map? Do you want the documents stored inside SQL Server? If so, this is highly not recommended.Tara |

| I believe you can use linked servers for this. I've never done it, but I believe you can select Word as one of the data sources.Tara |

| I have to map multiple docs.It can have any no of rows from 1 to 100 each approximately.I tried opening the doc using excel I could not do it.Is there any way of converting doc into xls?Thanks,Sag |
