stu writes "we are having a problem with our cisco call manager, it keeps locking up, it uses sql to save the configuration for the call manager, we have 2 call managers (win2000sevrer)publisher & subcriber, the subcriber's database failed to syncorise db's, so when the pulisher fell over the subcriber did not have an up to date db so call routing was screwed. i attempted to synch yesterday but this failed, the job history was not much help, but i ran the synch again and it worked. Ive been trying to investigate why the server fell over, so have been going throught the app EV log and can see EV ID 17055, with a wiered description:
8128 :
Using 'xplog70.dll' version '2000.80.760' to execute extended stored procedure 'xp_msver'.

am i hitting a bug within SQL?
is there anything you guys can do to assist, as what i know about sql db's can fit on the back of a matchbox....
we are using w2k sp4
sql version 8.00.760

thanks in advance"

It worked even if you haven't done anything yet?

post the job history here for additional info. you could also check sql server logs under Management for more info.
