I can't seem to win for losing with one of my servers. I use the GUI to install replication (tools, replication, configure pulishing etc) and add a publication, but when I want to stop replicating that database, I run into problems.

I use sp_removedbreplication, but it tells me that transactional replication stored procedures are not installed, run sp_replicationoption to install them. (yes, I configured the server to do transactional replication)

So, I run sp_replicationoption to instal the transactional storedprocs, and it tells me there was an error, to look at the replcom.out file to see it. I looked through that fle and the other files generated by the proc and see no error other than some "cannot add row to sysdepends" errors. No indication at all for what could have gone wrong.

Can someone help me figure it out?
