Hey guys - I need your help. We are using SQL Server 2000- do you think, we should upgrade to some later release of Microsoft SQL Servier or Migrate to Oracle, IBM or Sybase. I am also wondering, what do you think of Open Source MySQL and PostgreSQL. Have anyone of you using these databases. Thanks guys for your help - Mark Smith |

You can stick to SQL Server 2000 or upgrade to SQL Server 2005. I have no comments on other databases. KH |

Since this is a Microsoft site, our answers are going to be SQL Server. And we'll always recommend the newest version of the product, since it's bigger, better, faster, ...SQL Server 2005!Tara Kizerhttp://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/ |
