I am using MSDE 2000 with an interface in ACCESS.
When I connect me with an admin userid, i can see all the tables, but I can't change the data. The conection is ReadOnly for all the tables.
Any idea to change this.
Thanks

Two things.

One can you post the connection string?
Two, download a program call SQLMgr2k. It is an Enterprise Manager type interface that you can use to manage MSDE databases. Then you can check the security on the tables etc. for MSDE.

Thanks for the respons.
After trying many things, I can make the same problem.

When I use the option "Migrate to SQL Server" of ACCESS, and I create a new database, I can connect me to this new database from ACCESS and I have the "write access".
But if I create the new database in SQL, with SQLMGR2K, I have only the "read access" from ACCESS.
And, from ACCESS, if I write some VB code to modify data in my database, it's OK!

I look all the security and the diferences between the 2 databases and I don't saw anything!
Any Idea?
thanks
