| Hi fyi,Month Petrol Bike expense Personal Medical OthersJanuary 121 11 587 120February 1500 1500 121 587 120March - - 121 1500 120April - - 121 1500 548May - - 121 1500 548June 1500 548July 480 548 11 1500 548August 480 11 1500 89September 480 11 121 57October 480 0 480 121 89November 480 140 480 121 89December 540 480 587 89for each and every month iam creating table expense012006,expense022006 and so on.. and maintaining all the head of expenses for that month.just iwant to the data to be printed in report finally mentioned above.what my wish is can i create one table(temp table) in which it contains all the mentioned data and finally printing thr report from vb6.0 or any other solution???????Application using:vb6.0,Database:sqlserver2000,Report:crystal report 8.0. |

| Creating tables for each month seems to be bad choice of design. You can use Cross-tab queries to solve your problem. It will be lot simpler to maintain and faster too. Search here for Cross-tab queries.Harsh AthalyeIndia."Nothing is Impossible" |
