Hi fyi,

Month Petrol Bike expense Personal Medical Others
January 121 11 587 120
February 1500 1500 121 587 120

September 480 11 121 57

for each and every month iam creating table expense012006,expense022006 and so on.. and maintaining all the head of expenses for that month.just iwant to the data to be printed in report finally mentioned above.

what my wish is can i create one table(temp table) in which it contains all the mentioned data and finally printing thr report from vb6.0 or any other solution???????

Application using:vb6.0,
Database:sqlserver2000,
Report:crystal report 8.0.

Creating tables for each month seems to be bad choice of design. You can use Cross-tab queries to solve your problem. It will be lot simpler to maintain and faster too. Search here for Cross-tab queries.
