I'm hoping that someone has possibly done this in the past. I have received a request from a customer that would like to combine sql server data, pdf forms and word documents into a single format. The only thing I can think of is to use a product such as crystal reports to do this. Has anyone done something similar or know of someone who has?

thanks.

SQL Reporting Services 2000 will do it. And it's "free".

We do use sql server 2000 reporting services. So I can specify a directory location that has word docs and pdfs and insert those into my report along with table data on a specific customer?

I am trying to do the same, to insert a word doc into a sql server report but with no luck. If you get this right or know how to do it please let me know.
