I have some procedures that need ANSI_WARNINGS ON for their compilation.
Is there any way of setting these values in the procedures so they are always used when compiled?

Yes, in QA goto Tools -> Options -> Connection Settings.

But the compilation would be dependent on the setting in the QA where the procedures were compiled. I want to make it independent of the QA and different for various procedures.

Put it inside the procedures, and add WITH RECOMPILE maybe? (not being sarcastic, i am not sure it would work)
