| How do I add a column to a query that is already has joins in it. I dont know what to put after ALTER TABLE becuase the table has no name?? |

| after doing all of my joins i would like to add a new column to the results, because the results are from multiple tables there is no name for the table. |

| If you wish to add an empty column to the resultset created from the output of join query, you can do like this:Select t1.Col1, t2.col2, convert(varchar(10),'') as NewColFrom Tbl1 t1Join Tbl2 t2 on t1.id = t2.idOf course, this example shows how to add varchar(10) column, if you want to add numeric or int column, make appropriate changes.Harsh AthalyeIndia."Nothing is Impossible" |
