Thanks a lot for your solution for my earlier query.
Iam confident enough you shall read this.

Iam using older version of SQL Server 8.00(sql serv 2000)

is there any way i can execute SQl server commands from command mode,with out upgrading current installation..

Use osql. You can run osql /? at the command prompt or look for osql in BOL to get all the options.
