If you goto http://www.marketwatch.co.uk/index.asp

Use login martin@justemagine.co.uk and password martin and enter a search for trendflat or macdtrig, leaving all other fields with their defaults you will see in the search results (259) that epic AIR (1st) and AVE (2nd) both have a ranking of 32 yet :-

AIR mapping = trigmacd macdzero trendflat trigrsi stochtrig trigobv trigXr2 trigr2 r2sig zeroslope hammer closedown

and

AVE mapping = macdtrig zeromacd trendflat rsitrig rsiXtrig trigstoch obvtrig obvXtrig trigr2 r2Xins r2ins closeup

The problen is that AVE matches both trendflat and macdtrig and AIR only contains trendflat yet they both have a ranking of 32 and AVE is below AIR.

Please please could you shed any light on this, I have the SPs and db schema if required.

Sorry to be a little vaigue but the developer who wrote most of this stuff has now left our company. If you manage to sort there is a cheque in the post.

OS Windows 2000 (SP1 I believe) with SQL Server 2000

Many Thanks
