Can anybody tell me how to compare two columns with datatype nvarchar or ntext? is there any function in SQL2K like STRCOMP?

Somthing like this

Select * From <our Table> Where Convert(nvarchar(8000),<TextColumn>) = <TextColumn>

The maximum length of nvarchar is 4000.
