You might try the PROPER() function on this link:
http://www.universalthread.com/wconnect/wc.dll?LevelExtreme~2,54,33,27115

I haven't used it, but it claims "PROPER() Returns from a character expression a string capitalized as appropriate for proper names. PROPER similar to the Oracle function INITCAP."

The author claims to be a very clever programmer.

or If you use Front End application like VB6, you can use vbProperCase function

StrConv(yourString, vbProperCase)
