When you say all formula, do you mean records in table or queries? if records in the table, you can use the Access upsizing wizard or SQL Server DTS. Create link tables in the Access database replacing the original tables (if you still need the Access DB, i.e. if you have Access codes, queries, etc. that use the tables). If you don't need the Access DB or you want to use full SQL Server, change connection objects of your codes to SQL Server, translate the queries to stored procedures/views.May the Almighty God bless us all!

This gives you a general idea how to ad-hoc connect to a MS Access databaseSELECT * FROM OPENROWSET('Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0', 'Data Source=c:\temp\db1.mdb', 'Table1')See BoL for more information about openrowset.

Sometimes I keep forgetting that the technical jargons can also be a weakness, not just strength. This is one example. When you say "import" or any technical jargon where it exists, it sets the context and drives the solution to that direction. That is why it is important that the business requirement should be stated and not just the "proposed technical solution" being sought. Thanks to people who steps backward and sees cross road and not just the road :). May the Almighty God bless us all!
