 What are disadvantages of Stored Procedures?

Recently I was asked few disadvantages of using stored procedure but could not get any. I would like to know if there is/are any disadvantages of SP?

if your data changes a lot then you'd have to recompile a sproc a lot because cached query plans aren't optimal
for current data.

there's also parameter sniffing
